Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 100 g flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. 250 ml milk
  5. cooking oil
  6. 50 g sugar

Method

10 minutes
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Whisk the egg on a separate bowl

    Then mix all ingredients with exception of flour

    Slowly pour the sieved flour and add milk to enable it form a dropping mixture

  4. Blank step

    Preheat your pan then put some little cooking oil and pour some little mixture on the pan after the oil has gained heat

  5. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Shape it using a spoon into a circle then turn to cook to both sides.. the pancake will be ready for human consumption
